Live stream's of TW's New Year's Eve festivals!

Taipei: live stream on youtube Taoyuan: live stream on youtube Both start at 7PM (in Taiwan), I believe. And as for any of the Kaohsiung or Tainan or even anywhere else concerts/festivals, I’m not sure if they’re streamed live on youtube or something? Feel free to correct me if I’m wrong. My Chinese skills are kinda awful.
